Cancellation, No-Show & Late Arrival Policy
To provide each client with the full service time reserved for their appointment and to avoid delays for following appointments, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation and late arrival policy before booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $20 cancellation fee.
No-Shows
Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice may be charged 50% of the booked service price, plus applicable tax.
Late Arrivals
We understand that unexpected delays can happen. However, arriving late may affect the time reserved for your service and the appointments scheduled after yours.
Clients arriving 15 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment time may not be accommodated and may need to reschedule. A $20 late fee may apply.
If the remaining appointment time does not allow us to complete the booked service safely and to our service standards, the appointment may be shortened, modified, or rescheduled.
Thank you for respecting your appointment time and helping us provide the best experience for every Maison 1.55 client.
